Singer Davido recently had to preach a message of forgiveness to his fans on Twitter as they dragged a particular stylist called Benson on his behalf.
It all started when Benson who is a stylist took to his page to show off photos of Davido, noting that he was behind the styling of the Assurance crooner.
As soon as he posted the photos, Davido's fans stormed his comment section to remind him of all the times he talked down on the singer and his music.
Many shared screenshots of some of the times that Benson heavily trolled Davido's songs on Twitter.

Seeing the way Benson the stylist was being trolled on the micro-blogging platform, Davido decided to step in.
The musician appealed to his fans to forgive and forget whatever the stylist had said against him.

In other news, Legit.ng earlier reported that Davido replied to a US-based rapper who accused him of copying his slang.
The US-based rapper identified as NBA Gee Boy claimed that Davido copied his swag and then his slang. This was after the musician used the slang 'on gaaaaaad' on Twitter.

The rapper stated that he would pull up on Davido, goliath style so that they would settle the matter.
Davido simply said that he killed Goliath, which is a biblical reference to the fact that the young man can not do anything to him.
