- Man United's interest in Jan Oblak could suffer a major setback due to his release clause
- The Atletico Madrid goalkeeper has a massive £103million buy-out clause on his contract
- The Red Devils number one David de Gea has been linked with a move out of Old Trafford
Man United are interested in signing Atletico Madrid star Jan Oblak but the whopping amount in his release clause is proving to be a bottleneck, The Sun.
The Red Devils are in the market for a new goalkeeper as Sergio Romero is set to leave Old Trafford at the end of the season.
David de Gea's future at the Theatre of Dreams has also been thrown in doubt with French side Paris Saint-Germain heavily linked to the Spaniard.
It is understood De Gea is pushing for a move to the Spanish capital where his wife works as a TV reporter.
Dean Henderson is currently manning the post for United after De Gea was given a six-match leave to witness the birth of his child.
The Reds Devils have been long term admirers of Oblak as well as AC Milan's Gianluigi Donnarumma and Lille's Mike Maignan.
However, Oblak's £103million buy-out clause has proved to be a stumbling block to get the Atelti goalie into their squad.
The Slovenian still has two years left on his deal and the La Liga leader are likely to allow him to leave for less.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Bruno Fernandes' attitude on the sidelines after he was substituted against Man City has got the attention of Man United fans.
The Portuguese scored from the spot in the second minute of the game and was substituted in the 90th minute while the score was at 2-0.
After walking off the pitch, the 25-year-old stood behind United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and was showing concern about what was going on with the remaining minutes of the game.
