Solange Knowles has revealed that she was fighting for her life when she made her last album.

The US singer shared that she was in and out of the hospital due to "depleting health and broken spirits" when she started recording When I Get Home.

Solange, who is Beyoncé's sister, took to Instagram on Tuesday, 2 March to celebrate the two-year-anniversary of the 2019 project that "changed my life".
