Former Chelsea captain John Terry has taken to social media to show-off the progress of work ongoing at his £4.35million mansion which wears a hi-vis vest with his old squad number.

The Aston Villa assistant coach shared a photo showing major building work is underway at the mansion where he wants to install a tennis court and a swimming pool.

Terry, who is now 40, was seen in one of the scenes at the mansion sporting a hi-vis jacket with the number 26 on the back, which he wore throughout his playing career.

Mirror are reporting that the former England international moved to his current home in 2019 where he has completed work already.

It's understood that the Aston Villa assistant manager is also planning to replace his current garage with a larger one to house his extensive car collection.

The garage will be 111 metres squared with 460 metres of volume.

Diggers were seen ripping up his garden to make space for the tennis courts and swimming pool being added as he watched on.

Meanwhile, Liverpool and Scotland defender Andrew Robertson may have taken off football rivalry to Manchester United legend, Sir Alex Ferguson, after moving to his neighbourhood.

The 26-year-old recently splashed a staggering £3.3 million to buy a new mansion not far from the legendary manager.

It is not news that both clubs are bitter rivals, however, both of them can find a common ground based on their nationality and share opinions about the Premier League and other issues in general.

Robertson is not the only Reds player who now lives close to Ferguson in the leafy Wilmslow road area as Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and his partner, Perrie Edwards, have moved there too.

However, Legit.ng earlier reported that Barcelona’s Francisco Trincao has treated himself to an exotic £240,000 (about N123million) Lamborghini Huracan after scoring winner vs Real Betis.

The former Braga player shared a picture of the posh ride on his Instagram handle as he becomes a proud owner of a Lamborghini Huracan.

Since joining Barcelona for £28million last year, Trincao has continued to struggle at the club managing just a goal in 17 appearances off the bench.
