Nigerian mum accuses popular Christian boarding school of maltreating son (video)

A Nigerian mum identified as Deborah Okezie has called out the management of Deeper Life High School in Uyo for maltreating her son.

In the video, Deborah's son who looked like he has not fed well for days, sat on a stool as he answered questions from his mother.

The aggrieved woman then revealed that her son left home for school as a chubby boy. Sadly, he returned with symptoms of malnutrition.

Deborah said she had a dream where her son was always looking away whenever she wanted to look at him. She noted that she visited her son's school and saw that he was living in fear.

According to her, when she spoke to her son privately, he told her that he couldn't talk to her because someone would kill him.

The woman said when her son finally revealed that the principal transferred him from the junior hostel to the senior one because he urinates on himself, an issue the school had said they could handle.

Deborah's son revealed that the senior students would remove his boxers and push their legs into his bottom.

In other news, Legit.ng earlier reported that a woman revealed that a private university refused to release her transcript.

A Nigerian woman called Maria Ocheja shared her frustration with Covenant University where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in mass communication.

According to her, she graduated from the Nigerian university in 2013 and made the transcript request in July 2020 but they kept giving her different excuses.
