Former Big Brother Naija contestant Frodd has blasted one of his followers on Instagram for asking him to get tested for coronavirus.
Legit.ng notes that Frodd posted a picture of him on Instragram with a caption that read Isolation, which prompted the follower to advise him to be tested for the deadly disease since he was part of those that attended the last Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Awards (AMVCA) held in Lagos.
The Lagos state government had earlier announced that attendees of the event should self-isolate after a guest tested positive for coronavirus.
After the follower asked him to go for test instead of self-isolating alone, Frodd took offence and blasted him.
In other news, Nigerian actress Biodun Okeowo popularly known as Omoborty recently joined other celebrities who were doing giveaways to help out their fans during the coronavirus pandemic shutdown.
As everyone has been advised to stay at home to stop the spread of coronavirus, many celebrities took it upon themselves to help out fans who might have a difficult time due to the lockdown.
Omoborty did her own part and announced that she would be giving away N5,000 each to twenty people to help out.
However, this did not sit well with a particular Instagram user identified as Omoolaspace.
Omoolaspace said the N5,000 she was giving away would buy nothing. The Instagram user even advised the actress to share N10,000 to ten people instead.
The actress immediately blasted the troll in a lengthy reply. She told him that people like him are the ones who discourage others from helping out.
According to her, they make others believe that their money can do nothing to help people when there are many that would love to have that much.
She said the little she has can save lives.
Omoborty also threw a shade at the troll by calling him a big boy that does not need her little money.
She added that she did the giveaway after someone blessed her
