Coronavirus: Lady to produce hand sanitiser and liquid soap in Minna

A Nigerian lady identified as Amrah Aliyu has volunteered to produce 1,000 bottles of hand sanitiser and 1,000 liquid soap in Minna, Niger state.

She made the disclosure on LinkedIn, adding that she is currently getting resources ready to produce a large batch of hand sanitiser and soap for her community.

Legit.ng notes that she said: "I will be distributing free hand sanitizer to people in different areas and this might go on for a week or more, depending on how it goes.

"Anyone who wants to be part of this project as either an expert of making sanitizers and soaps, a volunteer, a distributor or as an individual willing to give out free hand sanitizer in Minna should feel free to indicate or DM me...."

Amrah said the project will include producing the sanitisers and soaps, packing, distribution and educating people with limited access to credible information.

She added: "I know these are trying times but if you're in a place to help out financially and otherwise with this effort, it would be incredibly appreciated."

In other news, a three-year-old girl simply identified as Arya has thanked everyone fighting against the spread of coronavirus and assured that everything will be okay.

Arya advised people to not go out unless they really have to, adding that they should always wash their hands and put on their masks.

She said: "Thanks to our frontliners who helping those who are already suffering because of the virus, and those who are helping the ones in need. Let's help the world heal. And stay home, don't go out unless you really have to."

Arya also advised against hoarding of alcohol, saying such practice is bad.

The little girl added: "Stay positive, always smile. Pray because Papa God is with us. Everything will be okay. I love you."
