Nigerian superstar singer, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu better known by his stage name Burna Boy, was recently reminded of a tweet of his from the past and apparently, did not take it too well.
Recall a while ago, Legit.ng reported the news of how Burna Boy expressed that high numbers on digital streaming platforms are making people think that they are actually talented.
He made a reference to viral songs Baby Shark and Gangnam Style, saying if the songs born out of a ‘joke’ could go on to surpass regular streaming numbers, then musicians should not think they are talented or respected because of the numbers they manage to pull on streaming platforms.

Well, just recently, he took to the Twitter platform to boast of his album, Ye, having a 100 million streams across different digital platforms.
He wrote: "YE went silver “Own it” is no. 1 in the UK. Location > 100m streams .....Expect more madness 2020 "
It didn't take long before another Twitter user identified as @Enitodun took to the platform to remind him of his old tweet in which he claimed having high digital streaming doesn't necessarily mean an artiste is talented.
He, however, wasted no time in blocking her on the micro-blogging platform.
