An Instagram user identified as Ibayousuf9 has called out comedian AY for not protesting against the current government. In post, the 'fan' questioned why the comedian was always jumping around instead of coming out to protest against the government as he did back when Goodluck Jonathan was president.

The fan also appeared pissed at AY and insinuated that the comedian should be ashamed of himself as well as other celebrities who choose to slay on the gram instead of speaking up.

He also demanded to know why the celebrities are not supporting journalist Omoyele Sowere who has been in the custody of the State Security Service for over 100 days despite court orders granting him bail.
