Michelle stunned many of her fans after she shared a photo of herself in the gym sweating it out to keep fit.
The wife of former US president, Barack Obama, took to her Instagram page on Sunday, October 19, to share a photo of her working out with a medicine ball. She tagged it Sunday self-care.
She asked her almost 34 million followers how they take care of themselves.
Michelle is potted in the photo wearing a sports bra, leggings, trainers, and a cap, all black while performing a lunge.
She captioned the photo:
“It doesn’t always feel good in the moment. But after the fact, I’m always glad I hit the gym,” she captioned the photo before questioning, “how did you all take care of yourself on this #SelfCareSunday?”
This is not the first time the mother of two will be sharing her living healthy and fit secret. While still in the White House, Michelle sneaks time to exercise with her girlfriends.
