It’s no longer news that Nigerians especially youths are being harassed by officials of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) almost on a daily basis this is evident by the stories shared on social media.

“I don’t even know the difference btw SARZ and ARMED ROBBERS! The ones I met today over took in a regular car, No uniforms, immediately pointed their guns and asked that we came down from the car, then calmed down when they noticed me. Biko what if I wasn’t me ???” he wrote.

This is coming weeks after his label mate and colleague Dr Sid was also embarrassed by SARS officials. An eyewitness who witnessed the occurrence narrated what happened.

“Sars operatives stopped a random vehicle on freedom way, Lekki Phase 1, thinking the driver was a yahoo boy. After routine check, they found nothing implicating, and resorted to seizing the phone of the driver.

Little did they they know, that this person is Dr Sid. They insulted and attempted to assault him physically.

Thanks to ReekadoBanks and K-Solo, who were there, before @basket_mouth who was driving by saw them and stopped to know what was wrong. Then, it dawned on the SARS operatives that these guys were not their “yahoo boy customer.”
