Nigerian man goes mad after returning from London to celebrate Christmas

- A young Nigerian man was spotted roaming the streets of Lagos with his luggage

- Identified as Chuks, he claimed he returned to Nigeria from London two weeks ago for the Christmas holidays

- According to the young man who was interviewed by a Facebook user named Anselm Ojietu, he hails from Anambra state but grew up in the UK

While others are reminiscing over the jubilation of the Christmas holiday and planning towards having an equally wonderful New Year celebration, a certain young man appears to be lost and helplessly roaming the streets of Lagos.

He was spotted roaming the streets by a Facebook user identified as Anselm Ojietu who shared the news on his Facebook page. The young man who gave his name as Chuks claims to have returned to Nigeria for the Christmas holidays over two weeks ago.

In a video in which he was interviewed by Anselm Ojietu, he claims to hail from Anambra state but grew up in the UK. When asked about his relative here in Nigeria, he identified a certain Margaret James as his sister whom he was waiting for a call from.

Chuks who spoke with a slight British accent provided his home address in the UK. He appeared composed but in a more emotionally disconnected way. He didn't seem to have his phone or international passport and could not account for their whereabouts. He was further asked why he didn't travel to his hometown instead and he said he was waiting for a money transfer from a friend in London.

His whole demeanor leans towards the traits of mental illness as he appeared totally not bothered by his current situation.
