Hilda Baci cooked jollof rice in a massive 6by6-metre and was still cooking till the early hours of Saturday morning.

After she was done cooking, the pot was being weighed as one of the requirements for her record breaking attempt.

Unexpectedly, the pot gave way during the weighing process, sparking concerns from netizens.

The video was shared by an X user @ChuksEricE and it was captioned:

"Moment Hilda Baci's pot broke while they were trying to weigh it after the cooking was completed."

How Hilda Baci prepared for jollof festival

Hilda Baci earlier announced the event, which was earlier scheduled to hold at Muri Okunola Park would now hold at Eko Hotel and Suites, as she revealed the number of people who registered.

Weeks ago, Hilda Baci and her crew test-ran the pot she was going to use for her latest kitchen quest.

On Thursday, she announced that the pot arrived at Eko Hotel by 4am ahead of the record-breaking event.
