The emotional clip, shared by the late grieving sister @imapromzy, showed her completing a transition video that the deceased had planned to finish after giving birth.

In the video, the late woman was seen dancing during her pregnancy, with the intention of ending the clip with her holding her newborn baby.

However, the video concluded with her sister holding the baby, following the pregnant woman's unfortunate demise.

The caption accompanying the video read:

"POV: You completed the transition video for your big sis because she didn't survive labour room. Broken heart." According to her sister, the deceased woman went into the theatre to give birth but never came out alive.
