A nurse, known on TikTok as @nursesky, has gone public with her onion-selling business.
She shared a video of herself in her nursing outfit and followed it up with scenes where she was in the market where onions are sold.

She noted that the onion-selling business is sweet.
"This business shaa sweet."
The nurse closed the door on leaving the country, but did not explain what led to her change of mind.
She linked her onion-selling occupation to her nursing job, stating that she sells the healthiest foodstuffs and palm oil.
"No more jakpa Nigeria or nothing.
"As a nurse I provide you with the healthiest foodstuffs and palm oil."
Her TikTok video sent social media users into a frenzy. She captioned it:
"Nursing plans changed i switched swiftly to onions seller 😂😂 No more jakpa!!! Nigeria na me and you."
Some social media users hailed her hustling spirit, with other nurses sharing their experiences of making ends meet against all odds.
