Wasiu only weak, not wicket, unlike Obi - Omokri

However, Omokri explained that KWAM 1 was only weak and not wicked, considering his apology to the ValueJet officials, unlike Peter Obi, adding that the fuji icon "demonstrated that though he may be weak, he is not wicked."

The former presidential aide alleged that Obi was caught in "a leaked audio threatening to unleash "Religious War" on the Muslim Ummah" ahead of the 2023 election, recalling the controversial 'Yes Daddy' tape.

Omokri argued that Obi has neither admitted to have erred in the leaked audio nor denied it. According to Omokri, if the former governor of Anambra state could not admit his error when he was out of power, how would he admit mistakes when out of power.

NCAA speaks on KWAM 1's fate

Omokri's comment came at the time the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) commented on the fate of the popular fuji musician following his apology.

The NCAA said it would be determined by the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) and the Inspector General of Police (IGP) because the petitions against KWAM 1 have been submitted to them.

Michael Achimugu, the spokesperson of the NCAA, disclosed this in an interview on Saturday, August 9, while speaking on the public apology of the Fuji musician following that controversial face-off with the ValueJet officials at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja.
