Popular Singer Waje Defends Celebrities Getting Blasted Over #Bringbackourgirls Protest

The #Bringbackourgirls campaign has caused a real buzz all over the world as more and more people are getting involved and joining the trend online.

The protest which started as a means to draw attention to the plight of over 200 schoolgirls kidnapped from Chibok in Borno state has gained attention from all over the world, as more people and countries are calling for the safe release of the girls abducted by terrorist group, boko haram, 3 weeks ago.

Some celebrities have however been getting criticized by Nigerians for not joining in the campaign at all, or joining in too late.

Popular singer, Waje, has come out to share her opinion on this, tagging it 'irrelevant criticism'. Check out what she had to say below;
