A South African man is receiving all the good messages on social media after losing weight over the past 10 years. Peter Mukheli has shared a number of images on Twitter where he is seen going from a rather large to a slender-built man.
Many of his friends have shared their reactions and have praised him for this massive improvement. Apart from exercising in terms of running, he said he is now eating well as he intends to live a healthy lifestyle going forward.
