"This time last year I weighed 102kg. After a year-long weight loss journey, I now weigh 74kg. It’s one of the most difficult things I ever had to commit to but I did it. If you needed a sign to start... this is it."

Read a few of their comments below:
"I’m so inspired by this. 3 years ago I dropped to 68kg from 102 and now I’ve gained it all back. Maintaining the new weight is as important as the journey to losing it."
"Kamnandi you already know what you need to do if you want to lose weight again. Dropping from 102kg to 68kg ain't a joke."
"Well done Thembi, would you say being vegan contributed to the massive weight loss? I have been intermittent fasting but it seems to not be working, how did you manage to be consistent also?"
