Lionel Messi could be making one of the craziest headlines in this world if he consider joining Bundesliga side Stuttgart.

The fans of the German top division club have rallied around to make an ambition bid for the Barcelona star who wants to leave the Camp Nou this summer.

Messi's release clause is pegged at $1billion after La Liga ruled in favor of La Blaugrana, meaning the 33-year-old will not be leaving for free.

But supporters of Stuttgart have set their sights on raising to finance the superstar wages if he decides to play in Germany.

Meanwhile, had earlier reported that Lionel Messi was announced by top Brazilian side Cruzeiro as their new signing which left their fans in a bit of shock on Friday, August 28.
