Dubai mega-mansion with free Rolls Royce and Ferrari to be sold for N12bn

- A Swedish man based in Dubai has decided to go back home to his family and decided to sell his mega-mansion with free Rolls-Royce and Ferrari

- The luxury house, which is owned by Michael Alibhai, is to be sold for the sum of £25 million (N12,699,515,000)

- He says after completing the house just a week ago, he came to understand the importance of family

A 14,000-square-foot mega-mansion in Dubai with free Rolls-Royce and Ferrari is up for sale at £25 million (N12,699,515,000).

The mega-mansion was said to have been completed just a week ago for a Swedish entrepreneur and it is located on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah island.

According to the How Africa, Rolls-Royce Wraith Coupe and Ferrari 599 GTO are being sold with the house.

Legit.ng gathers that the owner, Michael Alibhai, said he wants to move back to his native country Sweden to be with his family.

A fully custom mustard-yellow Harley-Davidson Ultra Glide is also being sold with the house. The car is parked as a piece of art in the hallway.

Speaking of his decision to sell the house, 43-year-old Alibhai said: “Just as I have completed this piece of art, I came to realise the importance of family.

“I have been missing out on valuable moments in life and having close friends passing away during Covid-19 forced me to reconsider my life.”

The mansion boasts of sculptures from Finnish artist Eero Arnio and French artist Richard Orlinsky.

You will find furniture like Fendi and Bentley in the mansion. There is also a Champagne vault stocked with Cristal and vintage Dom Pérignon.
