Real estate mogul gifts Pa James a plot of land after his house was sacked by flood

- The CEO of a real estate firm has joined several other Nigerians who have commiserated with actor Pa James whose house was recently sacked by flood

- According to the business mogul identified as Adekunle Ajayi, the actor now has a plot of land to himself for free

- Ajayi shared the news on his Instagram page and tagged actor Kunle Afod to oversee the allocation process

In what could be described as a case of disappointment turned blessing, veteran Nollywood actor, Kayode Olaseinde Ajirebi aka Pa James, has just been blessed with a plot of land by a real estate mogul after his Lagos residence got flooded.

The kindhearted businessman identified as Adekunle Ajayi who is the CEO of Palm View Estate, took to his official page on photo-sharing app, Instagram, to share the news of his gift to the much-loved actor.

Ajayi while making the announcement tagged actor, Kunle Afod, and instructed him to contact the brand ambassador of the firm in other to facilitate the allocation of land for Pa James.

"A plot of land for him at my estate Palm view estate phase 1 for a better living.@kunleafod for immediate allocation contact @ifearayegbemisoke the company brand ambassador, I repeat his not paying a dime it's freeee," Ajayi wrote on Instagram.

Recall that Legit.ng had earlier reported that the actor’s residence which is located in Oke Isagun community of Oke Odo LGA in Lagos was sacked by flood leaving the house in a complete wreck.

Fellow actor Kunle Afod had taken to social media to share the news and call on well-meaning Nigerians to come to the aid of the veteran movie star.

Shortly after the news went viral in the online community, Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele-Bello, left Nigerians completely surprised after she gifted the actor a brand new house to move into.

The good news was shared on social media by actress, Kemi Korede, who asked fans to thank Funke for her lovely gesture. According to her post, Akindele had given the veteran actor a new apartment.
