Churchill also claimed that his ex-wife defamed him to tarnish his imaged and political ambition after he revealed to her that he had intentions of running for the House of Representive in his constituency.
The suit also identified proofs of several illegalities in the action and approaches used by the actress. The proofs include the claims that the actress falsely accused her ex-husband of domestic violence, infidelity, fraud, sexual disease, money ritual, and mockery of the 7000 persons empowerment project by Big Church Foundation, describing the humanitarian intervention as fake.

She was also charged to file an affidavit of compliance of the same within 14 days of the delivery of judgment. Dikeh was also asked to desist from any form of blackmail or extortion of her ex-husband in the name of upkeep and education for their son.
It was, however, reported that she has continued to refuse the father access to their child, even when the court had earlier granted him access to his son.
