The CEO of FASMICRO, Ndubuisi Ekekwe, has spoken about the need not to shy away from workspace responsibility.
He said that it is normal for anyone to doubt themselves and underestimate their abilities, thinking they are not capable enough to execute their given tasks.
Ndubuisi said no one is born a CEO, stressing the fact that everyone builds capacity as they grow.
The CEO narrated how he had to prepare for an important event that was attended by Bill Gates. He said he thought of how to deliver a good job without wasting the billionaire’s time.
That address, Ndubuisi recalled, was the first presentation he would have, an event that prepared him for a life of inspiring addresses.
Before the D-day, he said he came up with a formula on how to get the Microsoft co-founder’s attention.

The CEO, therefore, advises that it is important to always know “the moments that matter and win them”.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that Wilfred Asuquo, a Nigerian living in the US, has narrated how he was able to break the stigma that is commonly associated with Higher National Diploma (HND).
He said that he was able to graduate with an amazing 3.30/4.0 CGPA despite the fact that many took him for an unserious student because he was into school politics.
Asuquo said he had to go to a polytechnic because he could not afford the financial cost of attending a university, and not that he couldn’t get admission into one.
He even added that he had admission into three different universities for pharm*cy, medicine, and pharmacology.

On commenting on the bias between an HND holder and a university graduate, he said no one should ever allow that stop them.
