Brazil vs Nigeria: Fans commend Super Eagles after impressive display against Selecao

Nigeria's Super Eagles produced another decent performance against Brazil in their 1-1 draw in Sunday's international friendly at the Singapore National Stadium.

Joe Aribo scored the only goal for the three time African champions after dribbling past two opposition defenders before sending Manchester City keeper Ederson the wrong way.

FC Nantes winger Moses Simon assisted Aribo's goal with a precise pass from the left flank as the west African team took the lead ten minutes before half time.

Although, Real Madrid star Casemiro equalised for the south American side just three minutes into the second half in what looked like a scrambled goal.

The Brazilian needed to control the ball twice to gain balance in Nigeria's danger zone before reaching for Francis Uzoho's goal.

His goal however ensured both sides shared the spoils after regulation period despite numerous chances from the two teams towards the end of the game.

However, Nigerians have showered encomiums on the Super Eagles stars for their impressive display all through the friendly encounter.

Though, it did not totally end well for Francis Uzoho who suffered what looked like a dislocated knee while trying to keep the ball from rolling into his net.

Legit.ng earlier reported that Real Madrid superstar Casemiro scored the goal that helped Brazil to a 1-1 draw against Nigeria in an international friendly match.

Rangers midfielder Joe Aribo had given the Super Eagles the lead in the first half but the south American side rallied round to equalise in the second half and end the game in a draw.
