Kenyan couple who met on social media breakup after lady cheated with an old man
A Kenyan couple that had everyone rekindling their hope in love has broken up after being engaged for just a month.
Adrian Ongwenyi and Monica Nyambura popularly known as Maumauzdaughter split up after the latter realised that her heart was no longer in the relationship.
In an interesting Twitter thread, Nyambura delivered the bad news claiming her intuition drove her away from who she thought was the love of her life.
“Giving back this ring is the hardest thing I have ever had to do and him asking me to keep it broke my heart. I love Adrian with all my heart but my intuition has led me somewhere else. We are both very sad but we are having a smooth and loving transition,” she wrote.

Nyambura first became an overnight sensation when she announced back in June 2019 that she was dating two men at the same time. Sips tea.

According to her, her two lovers knew each other and were even on the road to becoming friends.
“They are actually friends now, or almost. We are living one day at a time, but if one pops the question and I say yes, we will all sit and find the way forward, everyone’s input is necessary,” she said in an earlier Twitter post.
And as fate would have it, one of her lovers popped the question on July, 5 2019, and an excited Nyambura said yes!
Nearly everyone was excited for the pair who met on Twitter and ended up as lovers.
For the short while the pair was engaged, they flooded their timelines with both sweet and questionable photos that screamed couple goals.

However, one month down the line Nyambura wanted someone else and ran into the arms of an older man after calling it quits with Adrian.
Photos of the beauty kissing and snogging the aging chap left her fans in awe.
Adrian however remained silent and avoided addressing his painful and sudden breakup.
