Qucoon Consulting: Best bank to work for 2019 in Nigeria
Our interest in the banking industry employees’ job satisfaction is rightly placed and justified: the industry is the biggest employer of labor at 77,000 employees as at first quarter of 2017. In the first quarter of 2019, we surveyed their employees of Nigerian 22 commercial banks with ten carefully constructed questions around five key factors that determine employee job satisfaction viz Job security, benefits and compensation, training and career, company culture and work environment.
We were very particular about some critical dimensions for each of the factors: age (staff below 27 Vs staff above 27), gender, staff location (Lagos Vs other states), staff grade, salary group etc.
