President Kagame’s daughter shares photos from honeymoon in Rwanda

Most people, especially the rich, would do just about anything to celebrate or mark important milestones in their lives.

For rich married couples, some would break the bank to go on super expensive and exotic honeymoons abroad.

Well, not everyone blessed with lots of money is all out for the good things that money can buy, and Rwandan President Paul Kagame's eldest daughter, Ange Kagame is one of the rare ones.

The First Daughter recently impressed millions of Rwandan citizens after saying no to an expensive honeymoon abroad and chose to go on one locally.

Ange and her new hubby checked themselves in at the O and O Nyungwe House Farm in Rwanda, where they spent a couple of days during their honeymoon.

The newly-weds had quite an amazing time judging with countless photos of them while at the establishment.

"Thank you O and O Nyungwe House for an unforgettable honeymoon experience. We hope to come back again and again. Visit Rwanda," Ange captioned the photos on Twitter.

Following her announcement, her countrymen thronged the comments section and congratulated her for considering domestic tourism and marketing her country.

The honeymoon came just days after the two lover exchanged marital vows in a secret wedding held in the country.

As reported earlier, Kigali's First Daughter walked down the aisle with the love of her life, Bertrand Ndengeyingoma, on Saturday, July 6.

The highly private white wedding ceremony was held at the Intare Conference Arena in Kabuga town, Rwanda and attended by invited guests who included family members and close friends.

According to reports from Kigali, the ceremony was so private that the only initial photos that found their way into the interwebs appeared to have been taken by drones.
