A young and talented engineer identified as Ahmad Lawal Jari has taken a step to improve the Nigerian economy by designing and producing inverters to be sold in Nigeria.
Legit.ng shared Jari's story after we encountered the brilliant mind who is from Kano state.
The young engineer hopes that his invention will be useful for both households and enterprises.
He noted that his device would be more affordable and cost-effective compared to the price of imported inverters in the country.

In Nigeria, power has become a necessity, it is no longer something valuable to only the rich or people who live in the city. Nigerians now need power for their day to day businesses.
A device as reliable as an inverter that can store power while it charges and convert that same power for the use of the consumer is the perfect solution for places that lack power supply.
The inverters currently sold in Nigeria are costly because most of them are imported into the country but with an invention like Lawal Jari's devices the cost of inverters would reduce.
Jari also promised that his locally-made inverters would be affordable for household use and business use.
