A picture posted on Twitter has become the new brainteaser for thousands.
A Florida biology student called Helen posted a photograph of a snake lying beneath a pile of leaves. The image had been taken by her friend Whitney G. Walkowski.
“If y’all haven’t found it yet … Copperhead, aka Agkistrodon contortrix. Cute but venomous, so no touchy!” Helen posted on her account.
The reptile is so camouflaged among the leaves that Helen commented it was quite difficult to spot it. Well, it turned out it was more than difficult for many!
Users on Twitter have been actively trying to spot the snake, calling the image the latest “brainteaser” to test people’s ability to go beyond the obvious.
