The Labour Party has distanced itself from a group that recently condemned the return of former governor of Ondo, Mimiko to the party. Mike Omotoso, the national chairman of the party said the return of Mimiko is worthwhile.
Baring any last minute change of decision, a former governor of Ondo state, Dr Olusegun Mimiko, is set to leave the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the Labour Party (LP) from which he had earlier defected while still in office.
