Lady warns against stealing from Catholic church

According to the lady @nuella_williams on TikTok, the reason had nothing to do with attendance at services.

She stated that it was widely known that anyone who took something belonging to the church would lose their sanity, and that residents had witnessed such incidents before.

She added that newcomers were usually cautioned on arrival not to pick up anything that did not belong to them, as the consequences would fall on the individual.

She identified the place as St Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Ikoniro, Benin City.

During the tour she said she intended to share three facts about the site.

The first concerned the reputation of the prayer ground. She claimed that no one visited with faith and left unchanged.

To illustrate this, she described an incident from the previous month involving a woman who had arrived unable to walk.

The visitor was instructed by a priest to retrieve an item from the altar, despite having been paralysed for years.

After following the instruction, she was able to walk. The woman later returned to give thanks and brought two cows, one of which was used to prepare food for those present.

The second point related to construction work at the church. She reported that a large grotto was being built and was expected to become the biggest of its kind on the continent.

For the third fact, she spoke about the location of the church land, which lay within a dense forest.

She mentioned that the deliverance ground was normally out of bounds unless a deliverance service was taking place, which meant she could not show it during the tour.

She concluded by saying she would instead display several of the grottos, which she believed would impress viewers, before ending the recording.
