Netizens Mourn TV Presenter Who Died in Crash as Her Last Post Goes Viral Online

A well-known Mexican television presenter, Debora Estrella, lost her life in a tragic plane crash at the age of 43.

The incident happened on Saturday, September 20, in the municipality of Garcia, Nuevo León.

Tears as TV presenter dies in crash

Debora's employer had announced her passing in a heartbreaking on social media, Mirror reports.

The company described her as a valued colleague who had been hosting the Morning Telediario programme in Monterrey since 2018.

Additionally, she had been involved with Milenio Television and presented the Mexico City Telediario on Channel 6 at weekends.

The Mexican company 'Multimedia' expressed their deep sorrow at her death and offered condolences to her loved ones.

Debora had been reportedly learning to fly and was taking a lesson in a two-seater Cessna aircraft when the tragedy happened.

Unfortunately, she and her instructor, Bryan Ballesteros, both died in the accident. The plane crashed near the Pesqueria River, close to an industrial estate in Garcia.

According to reports from the Spanish publication Infobae, the incident happened at around 6:50pm.

Despite a quick response from rescue teams, including Civil Protection Unit 04, it was not possible to save the lives of those on board.

Presenter's last post before dying in crash

Shortly before the crash, Debora had shared a post hinting at her flying lesson.

She had uploaded a photo of the two-seater Cessna aircraft and expressed her excitement about learning to fly.

"Guess what", she captioned the photo before proceeding to take her lesson.

Earlier on the day of the accident, she had also posted a workplace photo, showing her in a studio dressed in a black outfit and smiling.

The image was captioned in a way that suggested she was about to start her workday.

Debora's death has been deeply mourned by fans, friends and family who knew her and loved her personality.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that members of a single family, including eight months pregnant woman with twins, were killed in a road accident.

The women and children were at the roadside, waiting to catch a ride home after visiting their grandmother’s house during the Eid-el-Kabir festivities.

In another news, Legit.ng reported that tragedy struck on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway at the Kara axis, resulting in the unfortunate loss of about ten lives and leaving seven individuals injured.

The fatal accident, which occurred at approximately 5 am, involved a Toyota Hiace bus (registration number FKY898YF) in ash colour and an orange truck.
