In a TikTok video that went viral, the lady showed how she followed some agents to check an available apartment.

Looking for apartment in Ibadan
When the lady (@hair_by_ij) got to the place, she was stunned at the house's condition and did not wait to go inside before voicing her frustration.
@hair_by_ij wondered why the agents would take her to a dirty-looking old building even though she had a budget of N1.2m for rent.
The house lacked a proper drainage system, as pipes protruded from the structure, suggesting that most of the plumbing work was an afterthought.

Not wanting to move any further to check out the interior, the lady said:
"Uncle, please come."
They showed the entrance of some apartments as the lady filmed the vicinity, further showing the house was below par.
