Pogba has been in fine shape for United in recent weeks scoring crucial goals for his side.

The midfielder was on target for the Red Devils on Wednesday night, January 20, as the Old Trafford side downed struggling Fulham at Craven Cottage.

The former Juventus star struck a screamer with his left foot from outside the box as United staged a dramatic comeback to win 2-1.

The three points were enough to help Ole's men reclaim the top stop moments after rivals Man City had gone up.

Pogba's performance against the Cottagers saw him receive plaudits from fans including Solskjaer who was clearly delighted with the midfielder's display.

The Norwegian boss hinted he has found the player's most preferred position weeks after struggling to fit in.

"He [Paul Pogba] has really come on. He is fit, he can play in midfield and he can play wide. That is key with Paul, getting him match fit and running fit and he is at the moment," Solskjaer told BT Sport as cited by Metro UK.

But when asked about his newly discovered form, Pogba insisted it is the best of the team that is on display.

"The best of the team, I would say, it is not about me," he said.

United are scheduled to take on Liverpool in their next fixture in the fourth round of FA Cup before battling relegation-bound Sheffield United at Man United on Wednesday, January 27.
