Tacha shared a short video of herself carrying Kim on her back. She then accompanied it with a caption where she explained that Kim is her baby.
She wrote: “Okay let me just tell the truth, @theekimso is my BABY.”

The reality star also took to her Instagram page to share more photos of the baby girl. Many fans were curious and wanted to know who the girl was to her.
While some believed she was truly the mother, others said the child belonged to Tacha’s step mum. However, the reality star did not elaborate on her claims.
