Many Nigerian ladies on social media often feel that they have to act more in order not to be downgraded by men or relegated.

Interesting, even successful women in the entertainment industry share the same sentiment and are bent on maintaining their top spot and not being downplayed by any man.

Just recently, top Nigerian female music star, Tiwa Savage, took to social media via her Instagram page to share her take on always being the first choice in a man’s life.

According to the Attention crooner, she can never be the second choice of any man. Explaining her stance, Tiwa said that it is the case because she is her father’s first and only daughter. Obviously, she is used to being first choice.

In her words: “I’m my daddy’s first and only daugther so I ain’t about to be no man’s second choice”.

Just recent;y, Legit.ng reported that talented Nigerian singer, Teni Apata, took to social media via her Twitter page to advocate for women in the society.

Teni said that there is nothing wrong with a woman being a breadwinner. The Billionaire crooner also said that women should be supported into positions of power so that they can make the necessary changes.
