Legendary rapper Eminem has bagged his historic 10th number 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart with his latest release, Music to Be Murdered By.

It has been some time since Eminem dropped an album and it’s clear that the whole world is very happy.

Legit.ng gathers that Eminem released his brand new album without any notice, he simply mentioned it on social media, and boom it went global in seconds. Marketing for whom? For what?

The top 10 of the February Billboard 200 chart was announced on Billboard’s websites on Sunday, January 26, with Eminem taking the crown.

All but one of Eminem’s albums have taken the number one spot.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that Eminem recently turned down a joint tour with Dr Dre, 50 Cent, and Snoop Dogg.

People worldwide know that the tour would have been one of the biggest and most selling in the history of hip hop, especially with some of the biggest names in the rap industry performing.

It was a huge success but if Eminem was involved, and judging from his massive fan base, it would have been 10 times bigger. But unfortunately some people, like Eminem value family more than they value money.

50 Cent revealed the reason Eminem turned down the joint tour. 50 Cent said Eminem was afraid that he’d be gone for too long and may miss out on the growth of his daughter, Hailey.

“You do not believe how much money we would’ve made. And Em was like – there was so many dates at the time the way they laid it out – that he was like, ‘I just don’t want to go on tour and come back and Hailey’s grown," said 50 Cent.

The Candy Shop hitmaker added that the tour was worth $100 million, collectively. He also admitted that the dates of the tour were inconsistent. He added that the run would have grossed so much money that “when you come back, everyone has the money that no one has to answer the phone”.
