Cristiano Ronaldo's stunning header for Juventus in their 2-1 away win against Sampdoria has continued to generate reactions from all and sundry.

The Portuguese superstar jumped eight feet before connecting with the ball in the air and technically sent the ball into the net.

Sampdoria president Massimo Ferrero stylishly said the 34-year-old should have been given a warning card for the stunning move.

The 68-year-old football administrator joked: "I must say that Ronaldo had to be booked after that leap. It was as if he was taking off like an airplane! Cristiano won the game, but my boys defended well."
