It was all glitz and glam as Sean Combs aka Diddy clocked a new age recently and decided to throw a superstar-filled party on December 14 to mark the special occasion.

The likes of Jay Z, Beyonce, Leonardo DiCaprio, Dr Dre, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, Kardashian’s ex Ray J, Pharrell, Big Sean and his girlfriends, Jhene Aiko, and others were all gathered to celebrate with the entertainment icon.

Reports state that guests were invited via audio message from supermodel Naomi Campbell. “On the audio, she said, ‘You’re invited to Diddy 50… only come with dancing shoes and good vibes."

It was gathered that Mary J Blige who was also present at the event was a surprise performer for the Bad Boy star. According to reports, at around 11 p.m. a tent opened up where Diddy’s Uptown Records mentor, Andre Harrell, announced surprise performer Blige. She performed a string of her hits — many produced by Diddy — for over an hour.
