Actress Martha Ankomah shares interesting story of her life

Celebrated Ghanaian actress Martha Ankomah has disclosed that she has never stepped foot in a night club.

According to her, going to the club is not one of the things she enjoys doing since she is a conservative person.

In an interview with Accra-based Hitz FM, the actress said not going to night clubs “has helped me save money.”

She added that the only time she went close to a club was when she was performing a role in a movie that required her to.

I’ve never been to the nightclub before. The only time I go to the nightclub is when I am acting. My friends know. When they are going out at night I don’t go,” Martha Ankomah said.

The Suncity actress further touched on her upbringing saying she was raised in a Christian home.

She said contrary to the bad girl roles that she normally plays in movies, she is a totally different person in real life.

“You will have to go to Sunday school before you eat rice water. For me, becoming a Christian started from childhood. My mum and dad contributed a lot.

Growing up till date, I give credit to God and my mum. When I give birth, I’ll train my daughters the same way,” she added.
