Nollywood actress Mimi Orjiekwe has come for her husband Charles Billion over neglect of child support. The actress who slammed her ex-husband on social media alleged that he doesn't pay child support for their daughter.

In a post shared on her Instagram story, the actress called out her ex-husband stating that she doesn't care how broke he is, he must pay for their child's upkeep.

The actress also advised her ex-husband that he should give up his rights as a father if he doesn't want to pay for their child's upkeep.

Orjiekwe also called out other men who are not paying for their children's child care. The actress further expressed that the law requires fathers to be financially responsible for their children.
