Vice president Osinbajo visits Enugu to launch N-Power Build (video)

Vice president, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, has arrived in Enugu state for the launch of the N-Power Build.

The vice president arrived at the state on Friday, May 18, and was received by Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi at the airport.

The focus of the programme is to relaunch the culture of apprenticeship.

Media aide to Osinbajo, Laolu Akande, wrote: "It was an enthusiastic welcome for VP Osinbajo who just arrived Enugu to launch N-Power Build where 10,000 young Nigerians have been engaged as we revive Nigeria's apprenticeship culture again. The amiable Gov Ugwuanyi led the welcome at the airport."

Legit.ng had reported that the Npower, the federal government's employment scheme for youths, finally released the names of successful 2017 applicants.

In a message on its Facebook page, the Npower congratulated the 2017 pre-selected applicants and urged them to check their status through its websites- npvn.npower.gov.ng/login.
