Jewish scientists arrive Anambra, allegedly present DNA proof that Igbos are Israelites

Barely 5 months after Legit.ng reported that some Jewish scientists visited Nnewi, Anambra state to trace the ancestral lineage of the Igbos, they have returned with the result.

Legit.ng earlier reported that the former president-general of the Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Dr Dozie Ikedife, invited Jewish scientists to carry out some Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) tests at his hospital, to ascertain the possibility of an ancestral relationship between the Igbo people and Jews in Israel.

About 5 months later, the scientists led by the international president of the Jewish voice ministries identified as Rabbi Jonathan Bernis, returned to Nnewi where they presented the DNA results of their verification.

The scientists whose current visit to Nnewi is said to be their 4th, presented the result which reportedly proves that the Igbos from south-eastern Nigeria are truly descendants of the clan of Gad in Israel.
