The wife of Nigeria's president, Mrs Aisha Buhari on Tuesday, May 30, left for the United kingdom to see her husband.

Mrs. Buhari in a statement by her special assistant on media and publicity, Adebisi Olumide Ajayi, disclosed that she was off to spend some time with her husband.

The statement read: “Her Excellency will spend some time with her Husband the President Muhammadu Buhari who is presently on medical vacation."

The statement was accompanied by photographs of the First Lady arriving the Nnamdi Azikiwe international airport.

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that Sahara Reporters claims President Muhammadu Buhari may return to Nigeria next week.

According to a tweet by the online newspaper, Buhari may return to Nigeria from the United Kingdom next week, “but nobody is willing to state his health condition.”
