Marry Mubaiwa, wife of a serving vice president in Zimbabwe, Constantino Chiwenga, was arrested on Sunday, December 15, on charges of alleged money laundering.

Emmerson Mnangagwa, the current president of Zimbabwe, on Monday, September 23, revealed that his late predecessor, Robert Mugabe, died of cancer and that the chemotherapy treatment was stopped when it was no more effective.

Former vice president Atiku Abubakar has commiserated with family members of former president of Zimbabwe, the Late Robert Mugabe. He described the former leader as a hero of the African liberation struggle.

It has just been reported that Pastor Tito Watts and his wife, Amanda, were arrested for selling tickets to heaven to church members. The police disclosed that Pastor Watts and his wife sold the tickets for N181,000.

A 23-year-old woman recently axed her husband to death on Christmas eve. According to reports, she murdered the 26-year-old after they returned from Christmas shopping. She fled the scene of the crime and is currently on the run.

Incumbent Emmerson Mnangagwa has won Zimbabwe's presidential election, Zimbabwe Electoral Commission announced in the capital, Harare, early on Friday, August 3. Mnangagwa, of the ruling ZANU-PF party, won 50.8% of the votes.

Estimates have the Chamisa (MDC ticket) leading by 65% of the total votes cast while Incumbent president Emmerson Mnangagwa who ran in the Presidential race on a ZANU-PF ticket comes in second with an estimated 32%.

A young lady identified as DERBY DAY on Twitter, has taken to her social media handle to reveal how a pastor was arrested for allegedly selling tickets to heaven to sinners for N175,792. He was arrested with his wife.

A report has revealed that the Zimbabwean government has withdrawn ex-first lady Grace Mugabe's state security detail. According to the report, she may have to depend on the team that is assigned to the former president.
