Coronavirus: Praises as man invents automatic handwashing machine to prevent COVID-19

A Ghanaian man has been praised for inventing an automatic handwashing machine to contain the spread of coronavirus in the West African country.

Africa Facts Zone posted a video on its Twitter page in which a man could be seen washing his hands under the automatic tap.

The person recording the video momentarily captured the face of the inventor.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that a Nigerian man made the world proud as he discovered how to become a chief executive officer from the opportunity created by the coronavirus.

A young man, @Swaggzeez1, brought his invention to Twitter without categorically saying if he was the one behind the idea.

Since the spread of the coronavirus across continents, countries, groups and individuals have advocated handwashing as a way of combating it.

However, the inventor saw his opportunity in metal drums, redesigned them to ease handwashing with a possibility of earning a living from his work.

Fortunately, the invention caught the attention of a bank which has volunteered to fund the project.

The bank, a non-interest financial institution, said in the comment section: “Good job, keep it up @Swaggzeez1. Thumbs up, in case you need financing we are here for you.”
