It is indeed a sad time for a US-based Nigerian man identified as @iamtberry on Twitter, following the untimely passing of his dearly beloved friend.
In a post shared on his timeline, @iamtberry disclosed that he learnt of the demise of his female friend on Tuesday, January 14.
According to him, she had gone out on a date with a guy that spiked her drink. Unfortunately, the spiked drink led to a cardiac arrest which eventually claimed her life.
"She died of cardiac arrest cause her heart couldn’t take it and right now my heart can’t take it," his tweet read.

@iamtberry also called on well-meaning individuals to donate towards the funeral expenses of his beloved friend.
He said: "I’d greatly appreciate it if y’all come together and donate towards her funeral expenses! It’s already been done but the expenses need to be cleared off! Anything isn’t too little thank you"
