Kel Mitchell, a US actor and standup comedian, has officially become a licensed pastor as he was ordained by Pastor Zeigler, the founder of Spirit Food Christian Center.
The actor appreciated the pastor for acknowledging the call of God on his life and the trust he has in him and how he gave him the control of the church’s youth department.
He, therefore, cited a part of the bible to show how everything has worked together for his good.
Some of the productions Kel is most known for are Nickelodeon’s Game Shakers where he starred as Double G, as a regular cast member in All That, and as Kel Kimble in Kenan and Kel.
Kel was born in Chicago, Illinois where he attended the Chicago Vocational High School. He also has two sisters Kenyetta and Kyra. He is presently married to a rapper, Asia Lee.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported that Prophetess Olayinka Ayodele, the founder of the Mountain of Light of the World Church Inc. C&S, during the church's annual thanksgiving, spoke passionately about the state of the nation.
In a chat with newsmen, the church’s founder stressed the need for the country’s citizens to come close to God in the face of the nation’s pressing political and socio-economic challenges.
She also said that Nigeria’s leaders should emulate God’s mercy in dealing with the diverse plights the masses are going through, adding that suffering awaits the nation without the fear of Almighty.
