Chef Cupid: Without a doubt, my easiest and most cherished culinary tip is to consistently incorporate fresh produce into your meals and cooking whenever the opportunity arises. There’s an age-old saying that goes thus: "you are what you eat," this resonates profoundly when it comes to cooking. The power of fresh ingredients goes beyond their visual allure; it extends to the very essence of taste, creating a delicious symphony of flavors.

Chef Cupid: My favourite healthy cuisine has to be the Mesoamerican cuisine as it involves a lot of plant-based ingredients, chillies and fruits. Drawing from my background as a Pastry Chef, I infuse a sense of joy into the cooking process, firmly believing that the act of cooking should be a reflection of one's emotions and that eating should be an experience that is both enjoyable and bountiful.

● What's your go-to meal when you are looking to impress someone?

Chef Cupid: Without a second thought, it has to be PASTA! The simplicity and versatility of pasta provide the perfect canvas for culinary artistry. It's a fail-safe choice that never fails to charm and delight those I aim to impress.
